Optimum lath thickness

77 mm x 19 mm, offers one of the most rigid and insulated lath available today

5

Superior automatic locking system

Deprat™ locking assemblies with integrated steel reinforcing, offer the best protection against the door being forced open.

6

Anti-scuff locking system

Traditional locking system, but with an added anti friction coating that reduces friction marks on the inside of the door curtain.

7

Extra strong bottom lath

Deep extruded aluminium, enhances security of the door, stops it from being forced out of the side guides.

8

Abrasion resistance

PUR/PA* is a two layer lacquer coating applied to profiles at a thickness of 25-30 microns which provides an effective resistance to scratches and marks on the curtain.

Original Thinking Lakeland Roller

Design Innovation With You In Mind

Lakeland doors feature an extruded aluminium top slat which provides extra strength over ordinary doors. Lakeland’s cleverly designed locking mechanism also allows the curtains to finish slightly higher than competitor designs, providing a better seal against wintry weather at the top of the door.

Proven Durability

Lakeland roller garage doors have been subjected to rigorous cyclic durability tests to ensure that they are durable and reliable.

Lakeland are fully compliant with all European approach directives and product safety standards.

Lakeland doors have been independently wind load tested to a minimum of Class 2 – equivalent to 59 mph storm force winds. Larger Lakeland doors are fitted with a reliable anti-fallback device to protect you and your family against uncontrolled or unbalanced movement in the event of a component failure. The products declaration of performance is available on request either in digital or printed format.
